This year's Open Day focuses on topics related to massive timber - glued-laminated and cross-laminated timber. Issues of spatial stiffness, element connections, acoustics and exceptional loads will be addressed. In addition, various wood-based construction technologies will be presented, including design in the "design for disassembly" trend.
The speakers will be practicing architects and engineers from Polish and foreign design offices and academic units - from Austria, Germany, Norway, Poland. The lectures will be held in Polish and English.
